At Delulu Kids, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and inserts.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging or missing parts
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale

Refunds & Exchanges Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you can choose between:
- A full refund to your original payment method (processed within 5–7 business days), or
- An exchange for another item of equal value
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll resolve it promptly at no extra cost.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
