Returns, replacements, and refunds

Contact us within 30 days of receiving an order to request a return review. Items must be unused, in the condition received, and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible and include the order number plus clear photos or video of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We review each request and, when approved, arrange the appropriate replacement or refund.

Items that cannot be returned

Used items, items damaged after delivery, items missing original parts or packaging, personalised items, and gift cards cannot be returned unless required by applicable law. Contact us if you are unsure about a product.

Refund timing

After an approved return is received and checked, we will confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days. Banks and payment providers may need additional processing time.

Return shipping arrangements and any applicable charges depend on the reason for the return and are confirmed during the review.
